You can invite team members to help manage your menus, locations, and taps. Here’s how:
How to Invite a New Member
- Go to Account (top right corner).
- Scroll down to the Members section.
- Click “New Member”.
- Fill in the invitee’s: Name, Email, and Role.
- Click “Invite”.
After Sending the Invitation
- A member “card” will appear showing Name, Email, Role, and Status (shows “Active” once they accept).
- The invitee will receive an email. They must click “Accept” and create a Pourwall account (if they don’t already have one).
Managing Members
- You can update their permissions (which locations they access).
- You can also remove them at any time.
