Manage Taps

Add a tap

1. To add a new tap, click the “+ New Tap” button in the top left.
2. Choose the beverage type you want to add.
   • For beer/cider search the database to add. If the beverage is found in the database the details will be pre-filled, they can be edited as needed. If the beverage is not found click on “Add your own to enter manually”.
   • For wine, spirit/cocktail, or other, enter the details yourself.
3. Edit any information as needed.
4. Click “Save”. The tap will appear on your tap menu.

Edit Taps

1. Open your tap menu and find your list of taps.

2. Click the tap you want to edit.

3. Update any details you want to change.

   You can update or customize the following information for each tap:

   • Status
     • Active – Visible on your menu.
     • Inactive – Visible only on your tap list, not on your menu.
     • On Deck – Appears under the “On Deck” section in both your tap list and digital menu.
   • Editable Fields
     • Beverage name, brewery name, tap number, beverage style, category, description, and the city, state, and country where the drink is from. You can also choose whether or not to display the ABV and IBUs on the menu.
   • Tap Image
     • You can upload an image by clicking the “Select File” button. Just make sure the file is under 50KB in size.

4. Click “Save Changes” (bottom right) to apply updates.

Delete a tap

1. Find the tap you want to remove from your list.
2. Click the three dots icon next to it.
3. Select “Delete Tap”, then click “Confirm Delete Tap”.
